I have just finished packing my stuff into two bags. One for my clothes and the other one is for my camera equipment. I tried to bring my sturdy tripod, but it was too heavy. So I took the light and thin tripod instead. I hope it can bear the weight of my DSLR. What do you think? Should I bring the sturdy tripod?
And before I went to sleep, I read through the tour package we are taking at Mulu. I even surfed the net on Mulu at www.mulupark.com. The reason I surfed was because I need to decide on what clothing to wear and whether the visit to the caves has a potential risk to my DSLR. My top priority is to ensure that my DSLR is safe and I am able to take good photos there.
[Deer cave, where we can see water falling from the top]
[A boat ride to the Penan Settlement]
I can’t wait to fly there on Friday 5th November. I will be there for three days and hopefully will update my blog by Monday. If you guys are interested to go there, just book your tour package at Orient Travels, Kuching (opposite MAS building). But the tour cost RM535 per person and RM488 for the direct flight (Kuching – Mulu) with MasWings.
